Right of return
Shopping without risk: At Tilsberk you can easily return ordered goods if you are not satisfied and get your money back.
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days (see terms and conditions), we voluntarily offer you a 30-day right of return for our products. Try out our systems at your leisure and see for yourself - it's your turn. If a product does not convince you, we will take it back within 30 days and refund the purchase price.
- the product must be undamaged, except for the fastening material
- Important: Assembly and/or mounting kits can only be returned unused and undamaged
Send the product back to us together with your proof of purchase and preferably in the original packaging and please make sure that it cannot be damaged during transport.
You can easily create your own return in our returns portal.
For the return you will then receive a return label, with which you can easily send your order back to us. You can find all further information about the process in the portal.
- Within Germany the return is free of charge for you.
- When returning goods from abroad, we charge a certain amount of shipping costs depending on the country from which you are returning the goods to us in Germany. We deduct this amount from the refund amount of the return. You can find the shipping costs for your country in the following overview:
Shipping your return
With us you have the choice: If you want to return a delivery from abroad to us in Germany, you can either:
- Request a prepaid return label directly in our returns portal...
- ...or use a provider of your choice for return shipping.
In the overview above you will find the respective shipping fee that we charge you for returns from abroad.
If you choose to ship back with a shipping provider of your choice:
In this case, we will not charge you a flat rate for shipping your return. It may be cheaper for you to arrange the shipping yourself with a provider of your choice.
Please also use our return shipping service with a shipping provider of your choice. Returns portalto notify us of your return. You help us to process your return as quickly as possible. If you do not announce your shipment via our returns portal, there may be delays in the processing process, as we can only assign them manually after we receive them.
Special case: In Norway we can unfortunately not offer return labels. In this case you have to send your return to us yourself with sufficient postage. But please still use the Returns portalso that all data are correctly recorded and your return can be processed as quickly as possible.
