Check mounting surface

Using a flat object, such as a plastic card or popsicle stick, check that the gap provides enough room for the tabs of the helmet adapter.

There is enough space:

If there is enough space in the gap and the object is stuck in the gap, proceed to step 2.

Step 2 from 4

The space is not enough:

If the item does not clamp tightly in the gap, choose a different installation option for your helmet.
